Mr. Nunez has extensive experience in workers’ compensation case management and litigation. Mr. Nunez has Bachelor of Science in Law (B.S.L.) and Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) decrees. With Mr. Carrazco, he is involved in every aspect of a workers’ compensation case, including case initiation, depositions, cross-examination depositions of medical experts, Expedited Hearings, Mandatory Settlement Conferences, Priority Conferences, Voluntary Settlement Conferences, trials, preparation of trial briefs, Petitions, Courts of Appeal briefs, and California Supreme Court briefs. Alongside Mr. Carrazco, they recently won a major catastrophe, intoxication defense case, that went up to the California Supreme Court with a favorable decision for the injured worker.
